This Privacy Policy explains how Reddott Films, operated through SmartToolz, handles information when you use our YouTube-related tools and services.

Reddott Films is designed to manage the owner's YouTube channel and video publishing workflow. We request Google/YouTube access only for the features that require it and do not sell Google user data.

1. Information We Access

When you authorize Reddott Films with Google OAuth, the application may access:

Your authorized YouTube channel and channel-related information.
Your YouTube videos and associated metadata, such as titles, descriptions, tags, thumbnails, playlists, visibility and other information permitted by the authorized YouTube API scopes.
OAuth authorization information, including access and refresh tokens, so the service can continue to perform actions you have authorized without asking you to sign in repeatedly.

2. How We Use Google/YouTube Data

We use authorized Google/YouTube data only to provide the Reddott Films functionality you request, including:

Reading and organizing existing YouTube videos.
Uploading new videos and associated metadata.
Managing thumbnails, playlists and video metadata where authorized.
Maintaining the video-production and publishing workflow for Reddott Films.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent or trade Google user data. We do not transfer Google user data to advertising networks or data brokers. Google/YouTube data may be sent only to service providers that are technically necessary to provide a requested feature, and only for that feature. Such providers are not permitted to use the data for unrelated purposes.

4. Data Storage and Security

OAuth credentials and other sensitive authorization information are intended to be stored using access controls and security measures appropriate to their sensitivity. Secrets should not be placed in public source code or publicly accessible files. We take reasonable measures to protect stored information against unauthorized access, alteration or disclosure.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain OAuth authorization information only for as long as it is needed to provide the authorized Reddott Films functionality, comply with legal obligations, or maintain necessary security records. You may revoke Reddott Films' access at any time from your Google Account security settings. Upon revocation, the application will no longer be able to use the revoked authorization.

6. Your Choices

You may choose whether to authorize Reddott Films.
You may revoke Google/YouTube access at any time through your Google Account.
You may request deletion of stored authorization information.

7. Third-Party Services

Reddott Films uses Google and YouTube APIs. Your use of Google and YouTube is also subject to Google's applicable privacy policies and terms. We do not control the privacy practices of third-party services.

8. Children's Privacy

Reddott Films is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly request personal information from children under 13 through this service.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the service or its data practices change. The updated policy will be published on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
